Once you've signed up at least 2 Members (You can be 1 of those 2 members) in the program and have accumulated at least 25 personal BV, you then qualify for Commissions on the business value of all the members in your 2 X 4 Matrix no matter who sponsored them.


In addition to that, you can also qualify for matching Bonuses to the Commissions paid to all the members on your 4th and 8th level.?


Commissions

Only Commission Qualified Independent Business Owners (IBOs) receive commissions. An IBO must have personally signed up at least two active Members (You can be 1 of those 2 Members) and have accumulated at least 25 BV assigned to their Member ID to be considered active. The IBOs are paid commissions based on a Business Value that is assigned to each of the positions in their 2 X 4 Matrix. The BV on a product can change without notice.


All qualified IBOs are paid 1% of the BV on their 1st level, 1% of the BV on their 2nd level, 1% of the BV on their 3rd level, and 22% of the BV on their 4th level.


Bonuses


In addition to earning commissions you can also qualify for matching bonuses.


As a Commission Qualified IBO who has at least five personally sponsored active Members (You can be 1 of those 5 Members) and have accumulated at least 50 BV assigned to their Member ID, you will receive a 100% match of the commissions paid to every Qualified IBO on your 4th level, no matter who sponsored them. If every Qualified IBO on the 4th level would fill their matrixes, they each would be earning $91.50 per month in commissions. You would qualify for a 100% match. There could be 16 Qualified IBOs on your 4th level. 16 times $91.50 is an additional $1,464.00 per month matching bonus.


As a Commission Qualified IBO who has at least five personally sponsored active Members (You can be 1 of those 5 Members) and have accumulated at least 100 BV assigned to their Member ID, you will receive a 100% match of the commissions paid to every Qualified IBO on your 8th level, no matter who sponsored them. If every Qualified IBO on the 8th level would fill their matrixes, they each would be earning $91.50 per month in commissions. You would qualify for a 100% match. There could be 256 Qualified IBOs on your 8th level. 256 times $91.50 is an additional $23,424.00 per month matching bonus.


Re-Entry Bonus


Once you have personally sponsored 4 members you can strategically re-enter on your 4th level.


Your new reentry position will offer the same exact compensation as your initial position. (Including a reentry bonus)


Bonus Pools


Up to 100% of the unpaid commissions and bonuses (Breakage) are paid back to Qualified IBOs in the form of six different pools. An equal amount of the breakage is applied to each pool.


10K Pool Personally sponsor 2 and have 10,000.00 BV matrix volume and receive one share of this pool.


25K Pool Personally sponsor 4 and have 25,000.00 BV matrix volume and receive one share of this pool.


50K Pool Personally sponsor 6 and have 50,000.00 BV matrix volume and receive one share of this pool.


100K Pool Personally sponsor 8 and have 100,000.00 BV matrix volume and receive one share of this pool.


250K Pool Personally sponsor 10 and have 250,000.00 BV matrix volume and receive one share of this pool.


500K Pool Personally sponsor 15 and have 500,000.00 BV matrix volume and receive one share of this pool.


Fast Start Bonuses


The Fast Start Bonus program is an optional compensation Program designed to give IBOs the ability to generate fast income and earn one time commissions upon IBO enrollment by offering valuable products that the new IBO can use to kick start their business. IBOs, who joined AquaLyte BIZ with no Fast Start Pack purchase, will not participate in this program.


The Fast Start Pack consists of 20packets of 6 sachets each. These packets can be used to share the product with you potential customers. The Fast Start Pack retails for $100.


As a Fast Start IBO, you will earn $50 commissions on every personally Sponsored IBO who purchases a Fast Start Pack.


As a Fast Start IBO, you will earn bonuses on the personally sponsored IBOs of your personally sponsored IBOs and their personally sponsored IBOs and their personally sponsored IBOs, down to the 5th level.


1. Independent Structure
a. The Fast Start Program is a separate, independent commission structure, generating one time commissions to the Personal Sponsoring IBO, and four, one time bonuses to the Upline IBOs through the sponsoring tree.
b. The Fast Start Program pays out one time bonuses and commissions, as Fast Start Packs are one-time purchases - not recurring subscriptions or auto-shipped products. Commissions and bonuses are paid weekly and are not retroactive.
c. The Fast Start Program is organized exclusively through the Sponsoring TREE.
d. The Fast Start BV volume does not get credited towards the BV used in calculating the corporate compensation plan.
2. Qualification to Participate
a. Be a commission qualified IBO who has an auto ship with AquaLyte BIZ;
b. Purchase a commissionable Fast Start Pack.
c. Filling the two qualifications above makes you qualified and "Active" to receive Fast Start IBO commissions and bonuses.
d. If any month after you have achieved Active Fast Start status your auto ship fails to be processed, you will lose your Fast Start IBO status.
e. Fast Start commissions & bonuses are calculated and paid weekly and are not retroactive. The week runs from Sat12:00AM PST through Fri 11:59PM PST

Buy - Back Policy


If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with the Fast Start pack, you can request a 100% refund within 30 days of agreement. Upon request, and after the product has been returned in saleable condition, AquaLyte BIZ will issue a full refund within 30 days. If, in the event an IBO does request a refund; the IBO is no longer considered "Active" in regards to the AquaLyte Fast Start plan, thus will not qualify for commissions and bonuses. In addition, if a refund is made, all commissions and bonuses paid out to "Active" IBOs will be recaptured by the company.


Right to Change or Cancel


AquaLyte BIZ reserves the right to change or cancel this agreement at any time for any reason upon submitting in writing or an email to all active participants a 30 day notification of termination or change of the agreement.


Optional Program


The Fast Start Program is an optional program; participation is optional and is only made available to active IBOs who have made the decision to become an IBO knowing there are no guarantees of earnings.


This is an example of how commissions and bonuses are calculated and is not intended to represent typical, actual, or average earnings of any specific IBO. The actual results by an IBO will depend upon the time and effort they are willing to devote to building their business. There are no guarantees in any business and there are no guarantees in these businesses either.
